We provide a 12-month warranty on our reflow service. If the specific image processing fault returns within one year, we will perform a secondary rework at no cost to you.
The "No-Fix" Policy
If our diagnostic testing reveals that your unit has suffered catastrophic board damage (such as a burnt PCB or water corrosion) that cannot be safely repaired, we will contact you immediately. In these cases, we refund your payment minus a $50 bench/inspection fee and
return shipping costs.
