Don’t replace your Audi J852 Camera Module for $2,000. Our Chandler, AZ lab provides professional BGA Chip-Level Reflow services that restore your Emergency Braking and ACC in as little as 3 to 5 business days.

ACCrepairUSA.com was founded by Audi enthusiasts to bridge the gap between expensive dealer “part-swapping” and overseas repair delays. We are masters of BGA (Ball Grid Array) rework and micro-soldering. By repairing your module in our Chandler, AZ facility, we eliminate the 3-week international shipping wait and the $500 “Component Protection” dealer lockout and high tariffs.

The Audi ACC Camera (Internal designation J852) is the “eye” of your vehicle’s Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS). Located behind the rearview mirror, it works in tandem with the radar sensors (J428) in the front grille.
The primary failure in these units is the Image Processing Chip. Because the camera is mounted against the windshield, it is subjected to extreme thermal cycles—baking in the hot sun and cooling rapidly when the A/C is turned on.
Over time, the lead-free solder spheres underneath the BGA (Ball Grid Array) chip develop microscopic “intergranular fractures.” This breaks the video line for image processing, triggering the C110702 Signal Error.
The error on the dashboard may read Audi land assist: system fault or ACC and Audi braking guard: not available.
We use domestic express, getting your car back on the road in a fraction of the time compared to international shipping (7–10 days each way).
Avoid the headache of import fees and customs hold-ups.
When you call us, you are talking directly to the US-based technicians in Arizona who are actually working on your board.
By repairing your specific unit, we ensure that the VIN-matching and ADAS calibration data stay intact. Once you plug it back in, the car
recognizes its own “eye” immediately.

Because we repair your original unit, the physical alignment is usually preserved. In most cases, no dealer recalibration is required. If your camera was removed carefully, it’s plug-and-play.
If the board is physically burnt or the processor is dead then reflowing will not work. In this situation we are unable to help and you need to contact a dealer for a replacement module. If we find an issue that we believe is causing an issue that wil not be solved by our reflow work then we will send detailed images and ask for confirmation.
Yes, we provide a 12-month warranty on our reflow service. If the hardware fails again within a year, we will rework it at no cost
Used units from eBay often have the same thermal fatigue. You may buy a part that fails a week later. Our rebuild “bulletproofs” the connection with updated thermal handling. In addition, eBay ACC Camera Units may require factory coding using dealer level programming tools.
